Ingredients: 6 Hard Boiled Eggs Chopped 1 tbsp Mustard 1 Stalk Chopped Celery 1/4 tsp Paprika Chopped Dill Pickle or Relish Salt to Taste Sliced Tomato Multi-grain Bread Mix together the chopped hard boiled eggs, mustard, celery, paprika, pickles or relish, and salt together in a large bowl. Place the mixture on bread with a few tomato slices and enjoy! Celery sticks with peanut butter and watermelon slices make good sides for this lunch.
